Reduce toxins with tongue scraping
An incredibly simple and beneficial oral health habit that, unfortunately, isn’t known to many or recommended by dentists, at least none of the ones that I’ve been to. Our mouths turn into bacteria incubators at night. This warm, moist and dark environment allows for bacteria to, er get busy, and multiply like crazy. The next morning, unless this bacterial growth is removed, it’s swallowed with that first sip of liquid. So before you reach for that toothbrush, grab your tongue scraper first. Remove the toxins then start to clean.
This is one of those weird habits that I’ve come to really enjoy and do daily. It’s like when you used to never floss (don’t worry, I also went years without flossing) and now it’s as ingrained into your routine as drinking water.

What does your tongue say about your health
The tongue is the mirror of all bodily organs
Tells you how efficiently you digested your food the day before. A white coated tongue may indicate poor digestion and accumulated toxicity.
It helps indicate how hydrated you are. A white coated tongue can also indicate dehydration which increases toxin levels.
Remove the toxins then start to clean
How To
Scrape all the way back to the root of the tongue 7-15 times, till your tongue is clean.
Breast Health Link
Scraping your tongue helps to reduce toxins levels and promotes the health of your digestive system. A healthy digestive system absorbs nutrients and eliminates toxins leading to improved immunity and reducing the likelihood of disease. It also helps to maintain proper estrogen levels, all of which promotes healthy breast tissue.

Yogic Wisdom
The gag reflex caused by tongue scraping makes your eyes water. Ancient yogis called this “cataract” water and believed it was beneficial for preserving the eyesight.
