This is perfectly suited for women who are looking for a tailored consultation and recommendations based on their particular circumstances and needs. If you’re dealing with any kind of breast issues, women’s health imbalances, anxiety and are in need of individual guidance and support, this is the session for you.

This is a WHOLE BODY approach. We heal the mind, body and spirit.

When I work with women around breast and women’s health issues, we work on the whole body and get to the ROOT of why these imbalances are showing up . We correct the root imbalances and create an environment where these issues never come back. 

We cover 3 areas:

STRESS | You learn how to release stress, trauma and trapped emotions from the body with fascial maneuvers. You are given a routine to follow daily to help your body release all of the accumulated stress, anxiety and so forth.

NUTRITION | We look at nutrient deficiencies and nutrition. When the body doesn't have the vitamins and minerals it needs, issues start to creep up. For example a simple iodine deficiency will contribute to cysts and fibroadenomas developing in the body.

MINDSET | We look at mindset and beliefs. We change and adopt new perceptions and beliefs to help the body heal quickly. For example, I have 3 clients right now, who've struggled with irregular and non-existent menstrual cycles for years, even decades. With a few weeks of releasing stress from their bodies and changing their mindset they've all seen huge improvements. One regained her cycle, 1 reduced her bleeding time from 2 weeks to 4 days and the other went from a 60 day cycle to 29 days.
