Dandelion root is a true powerhouse for breast health. It’s wonderful for the prevention and treatment of various breast diseases and conditions; benign cysts, tumors of various kinds, cancer, fibroadenomas, lumps, sore breasts, inflammation, suppressed lactation, and swollen breast lymph glands. Helps to restore a sense of belonging and connection.
Ginger is wonderful for breaking up congestion, promotes lymph circulation, relieves pain, dissolves cysts, tumors, and enhances immune system. Rich in antioxidants, zinc, selenium and other minerals. Brings warmth and protection.

Add a bit of castor oil to help bring the mask ingredients deeper into the breast tissue.

*Whichever oil or water you decide to use, make sure it’s of the highest and cleanest quality.
Directions
The mask is in powder form.
Add spring or filtered water (never tap!) and/or an organic oil, such as castor. Whatever you use make sure it’s organic, hexane free (castor oil), cold pressed, and of the highest quality.
Use once or twice a week or however many times you feel called to use it. Let your intuition guide you.
Let the mask dry before washing it off. Leave it on for a minimum of 20 minutes, if possible.
Follow with a breast oil/balm and breast massage to further nourish and clear toxins

How many masks can you do?
It will vary for each woman, but as a B cup, I get about 6 -8 masks and that includes covering the chest up to the collarbone and armpits.
How long can the mask be stored for?
To maintain freshness, use within 6 months.
Can I use the mask as a part of a castor oil pack?
You can definitely use the mask as a sort of spot treatment if you’re targeting a specific area of your breast.
