Healing + Detoxifying Breast Oils and Balms

“The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well.” Hippocrates

Breast oils and balms have played an important role in my healing journey. They not only nourish with important nutrients but in applying the oils you develop a relationship with the physical body. You start to pay loving attention as oppose to approaching your breasts with fear and reluctance as to what you might find.

I’ve found some oils to be more therapeutic than others. If you’re looking to shrink growths like cysts, fibroadenomas and tumors you’ll be looking for certain key ingredients like castor oil, violet, dandelion, etc.  If you’re looking to improve lymph flow and detoxify breast tissue, all of the following oils and balms will do the job. You can combine oil depending on your need. I often add a drop of iodine to my breasts after I’ve massaged them with whichever oil I’ve chosen to use.

If you are shrinking growths, make sure to use your oil or balm consistently. I use mine every day with a few exceptions here and there. Write it down as a part of your daily routine. There’a magic to putting pen to paper.

Here are some great oils and balms which contain a variety of oils, Ayurvedic herbs, western herbs and essential oils.
