Breast Meditation
A healing and nurturing ritual
This meditation is a beautiful ritual to help you cultivate a loving relationship with your breasts. Breasts are incredibly sensitive and respond to loving intentions. If you’re struggling with your health, no matter the issue, and you don’t know where to start, start by sending your body love. For many women, including myself, breasts can hold a lot of fear. We’re scared of paying them any kind of attention out of fear of what we might find. With this meditation, take the time to honor and nurture this beautiful part of yourself.
Meditation
Start by creating a warm and comfortable environment. Light some candles, burn some incense, play some relaxing music, and so on. You can do this meditation in front of a mirror or not. The importance is the intention. Rub your hands together for 1 min and then place them on your breasts. Close your eyes and ask your breasts what they need. Be open to whatever comes to your mind. Don’t second guess.
Tell your breasts ” I love you. I forgive you. I see your perfection and your beauty. You are divine. I honor your power. You’re healed and divinely healthy. ” Speak words that you feel nurture and nourish you. Spend a few quiet moments, breathing deeply and imagining circulating a white healing light spiralling in and around your breasts, armpits and chest removing any toxins, unhealthy cells, fear, hurt, sorrow, sadness, etc. Finish by thanking your breasts and sending them love.
You can precede this meditation or follow up with a breast mask, breast massage and/or breast oil.
