A Nurturing and Medicinal Breast Mask
Breast masks are not something we usually think of doing, yet they’re incredibly nourishing and therapeutic. Applying a mask before taking a bath is one of my favorite ways of incorporating this ritual. The skin on our breasts is delicate and thin and absorbs things like a sponge, especially chemicals. This is why it’s incredibly important to be mindful of the products we apply to our bodies (skincare, hair care, shampoos, deodorants, make-up, etc). Applying a breast mask filled with healing ingredients not only helps to nourish and heal our breasts but allows us to nurture and return to ourselves.
