My Top Books On Women’s Holistic Health And Healing
Here are some of my favorite books on women’s health and healing. They’ve become incredible resources in my journey and I highly recommend them all. I refer to them constantly and always learn something new. One of the hardest things while on any kind journey is finding resources that answer your questions. These books have answered this need.

Renegade Beauty – Nadine Artemis • The bible of natural beauty and women’s health Words do not express how much I enjoy this book. Learn how to keep your breasts healthy, discover the importance of vitamin D and the sun, dive into the world of essential oils and heal a number of ailments with the help of botanicals.
Women’s Bodies Women’s Wisdom – Dr. Northrup • Finally a book that provides a deep understanding of the importance of integrating the physical, spiritual and emotional aspects to achieve healing. So much incredible wisdom in this book. It answered so many of my questions on women’s health. You will not regret this purchase.
Invincible Living – Guru Jagat • Discover ancient healing techniques with Kundalini yoga. There’s a kriya for just about everything: increase prosperity, balance your endocrine system, boost creativity and improve your relationships. I can personally attest that Kundalini will change your life and that’s no exaggeration.
Healing Wise – Susun Weed • This book offers a in depth review of some of the most important herbs for women’s health. This is a great way to start introducing herbs into your life and experience their healing wisdom. I refer to this book regularly.
Woman Code – Alissa Vitti • If you’ve ever wanted to understand how your hormones function and the importance of keeping them healthy and balanced, well this book is for you. It’s easy to understand and incredibly informative. A true game changer if you’re struggling with hormonal balance. Aren’t we all?
Letting Go – David Hawkins • Ok, so this book doesn’t specialize in women’s health by any means, but it’s one of the best books I’ve read. Learn how to remove the inner blocks to love, happiness, health and success and discover your mechanisms to surrender and letting go. If you’ve ever been ‘stuck’, this book’s for you. “Relinquishing a desire does not mean that you won’t get what you want. It merely clears the way for it to happen.”
Women’s Power to Heal – Maya Tiwari • A powerful anecdote of a women’s power to heal through inner medicine. Discover ayurvedic remedies and guidelines for maintaining optimal health. If you’re interested in Ayurveda, this is an excellent resource.
You Can Heal Your Life – Louise Hay • I was introduced to this book almost 10 years ago and it blew me away. It changed so much for me in the way I thought about energy and its impact on health and disease. For example, Louise Hay describes a probably cause for fibroids, tumors and cysts as nursing a hurt from a partner, a blow to the feminine ego.
Heal Your Body – Louise Hay • A great little book about the connection between mental patterns and disease and the metaphysical way to overcome them. A quick and easy read.
Women Who Run With Wolves – Clarissa Pinkola Estes • Slowly making my way through this one. I’ve seen it recommended too many times not to pick it up. “ The work shows the reader how glorious it is to be daring, to be caring, and to be women. Everyone who can read should read this book.” Maya Angelou
Energy Medicine for Women – Donna Eden • This is a great introduction to energy medicine. Discover your body as an energy system and recognize your pains and aches as signs of energy imbalance. Learn energy exercises to help relieve pms symptoms, hormone imbalances, fatigue and anxiety.
