Heal Your Anxiety


Welcome to The Heal Your Anxiety Program! This program is designed as a self healing practice to help you quickly release stress, trauma, trapped emotions and help you live an anxiety free life.

The root cause of anxiety is stress! So the focus of this program will to guide you to release the accumulated stress, trauma and trapped emotions that have built up since you were born. Yes, stress accumulates and every single stress and traumatic event we’ve experienced is stored in the body. Don’t worry, you can release it.

Please note, if you’ve experienced major trauma, these exercises can be fairly intense, as what was once suppressed is felt again upon its release. Please go slowly or reach out for help if needed.

No matter how severe your anxiety or health issues you’ll benefit from this program. At the root of all imbalances is one form or another of stress. Stress can stem from nutrient deficiencies, a poor relationship to self, our self talk, our mindset or even trapped emotions (fear, anger, resentment).

How to get the most out of this work

  • Do The Daily Healing Routine daily for a minimum of 28 days up to 6 months, even longer. Stress is accumulative and we want to release it daily. I’ve been doing this work for over 3 years and it’s still just as powerful.

  • Do the anxiety workshop and fascia maneuvers class a few times a week.

  • Watch the Master Your Mindset and observe how you speak and think about yourself. What gives you anxiety and what can you do about it? Are you stressed about your health? Can you learn more about your health issues and what they’re communicating? For example, my old breast imbalances stressed me out a lot. They gave me so much anxiety until I started to learn about why they were showing up and how I could heal myself. Once I started to see results and saw how much control I have over my health, the majority of my health anxiety went away. I knew I could heal myself.

    • What is your relationship to yourself like? Are you hard or are you kind and nurturing and can easily soothe yourself? So much of what gives us anxiety are stories that we have the power to change. That’s why we feel so bad when we think them, because they’re not the truth of who we are.

  • Nutrient deficiencies play a contributing factor in feelings of anxiety in the body. For example, low iodine contributes to high estrogen creates anxiety. It’s important to correct all nutrient deficiencies.

  • Set an intention before starting your practice. What needs to be released? What energy do you want to call in?

  • Listen to your body. Rest when you need to rest. It’s quite common to feel very tired after doing a class, especially if you’re new to this.

  • Write down what you’re struggling with. Go back and visit your list every couple of weeks to see what’s changed. You’ll be amazed at how subtle and quietly your issues go away. It took me several months to realize how many issues had actually disappeared.

Post Fascia Maneuver Support

  • Drink lots of water and take a shower or, even better, an epsom salt bath, or even a swim after doing a class to help cleanse and clear your body of this powerful energetic release.

  • Go for a 30 min walk to help your body integrate



 
 

Welcome to your Daily Routine!

How to get the most out of this routine:

  • I highly recommend doing the 15 Min Stress Reset and 20 Min Bedtime routine videos DAILY for a min of 28 days for optimal results. The body has a stress habit cycle of 28 days which needs to be broken and re-programmed.

  • This routine will help you release stress, heal your nervous system, get your body out of fight or flight, release trauma and trapped emotions, reduce your inflammation levels.

  • Set an intention of what you’d like to release, experience

    • I intend to heal X quickly, easily and effortlessly

    • I intend to feel grounded and calm

  • Commit to doing this routine daily to see optimal results. Feeling resistant? Set an intention to do this routine every day (it works wonders!)

  • You’ll get to a point where you won’t need to follow the daily routine videos anymore. You’ll be able to do the maneuvers from memory.

  • You might not feel a whole lot when your first start, but keep going!! So much of the healing that is occurring is not felt. It’s a deep energetic transformation.

Hi Rachelle! I’ve been feeling so good and in process of writing to you about it. I have not felt so good since I don’t even know when. Something clicked or shifted since last week. I realized I completely stopped overeating and not by effort…all cravings/compulsions gone.

All negative emotions/compulsive judgments of others ceased out of nowhere…I can’t come up with something if I try, it just doesn’t stick.

Had a guy throwing up on me on train-totally calm. No pounding heart, heart palpitations totally gone.

Can’t tell you to be free of terror/panic mode in my body is beyond words. I’m walking around with eerie calmness. Feels like this elusive witness consciousness that I’ve been able to form and the cascade of positive from all of this has been real. I hate to sound like an advertisement but it’s true.

Today I could not stop smiling, I think I was even skipping…the dread and despair I’ve always felt has not been present. I actually feel happy and light and excited about life.
