Created by Human Garage, these fascial maneuvers are designed to help you release stress, trauma and trapped emotions from the body while enhancing mobility and performance.

As a certified Level 1 fascia maneuvers coach, I’m so excited to share with you a practice that has profoundly changed my life. These maneuvers are incredibly simple, quick and only requires the dedication to help yourself.

The following classes will each have their own focus and tailored maneuvers. Classes also include discussion and tips and tools around holistic nutrition and herbs pertaining to each class’ subject. These are mini self-healing sessions encompassing a variety of tools and teachings.

My Experience

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever experience the following results. Every stress and trauma we’ve ever experienced since birth is stored in our bodies. This stress over time constricts our bodies and reduces proper function and energy flow. Our bodies know how to heal but if they’re chronically stressed, like I was, the body will focus its energy on surviving, not on healing. Simply put, release the stress, trauma and trapped emotions and the body will start to heal.

I’ve been doing these maneuvers daily going on10 months now. Wow, it’s gone by so fast. I feel like I just started. They changed EVERYTHING for me, from my physical, emotional and mental health. Here are some of the benefits I’ve experienced:

  • I’ve released about 85% of my accumulated stress, trauma and trapped emotions from by body/fascia (stress is cumulative and every stress you’ve experienced since birth is still stored in your fascia.) It’s feels so good to be in my body now!

  • The left breast tumor has healed/shrunk an additional 40%

  • The level of peace and calm I feel in my body and mind is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. This alone has changed my life.

  • My inflammation has dramatically reduced

  • Increased blood circulation and lymphatic drainage

  • Greatly improved digestion

  • Adrenal fatigue 95% healed

  • Hormones are much more balanced

  • Regular menstrual cycle

  • Sinuses are more open

  • I breathe so much better and so much deeper

  • I had a rib on my right side of my chest (below collar bone) that use to protrude. It was noticeably uneven with the rest of my ribcage. This rib is now in alignment with the rest. Never thought I would see the day.

  • Voice changed

  • Increase flexibility, mobility and endurance (hiking!)

  • Faster recovery

  • Lots of new hair growth

  • Increase in confidence, self worth and self acceptance

  • My left toe next to my pinky toe straightened out (it used to be quite curled). The meridian associated with this toe is the gallbladder which is connected to resentment. I released a LOT of resentment, hence the straightening of the toe.

  • Emotionally stable

  • Very little fear, resentment and grief in my body ( I used to have a lot!)

  • Increase in consciousness

  • No more anxiety (no anxiety in 10 months and was always SO anxious) This result itself is priceless!

I took Rachelle's Fascial Maneuvers Class on a whim. Myself and my little family have been feeling about as much stress as anyone else in the world these days. Additionally, I am an events florist, which takes a real toll on the body. I wake up daily with severe pain in my hips and lower back. Moving into my forties, all the ways I've abused my body over the past years are really catching up with me.

The class itself was so simple and easy to follow that I almost thought it might not be doing much at all.

But just after the class and into the rest of the day, I realized just how calm I felt. Every achy joint and muscle in my body had subsided and by day three, my face not only looked but felt different. Softer, more full, glowing.

I'm newly committed to this practice as a means of staying calm through all the turbulence of daily life and so living in my skin and my body feels bearable again.

"I finally watched the intro class from the other day… I really like your take on the moves, and I was blown away by the difference in my right shoulder after doing the move where you hold the shoulder and the opposite rib. (I forget what you called it!)

That class today was great! My back pain went away and my jaw felt so much better. After about a half hour, everything went back to how it was. I expected that. Miracles don’t happen after one class and I know I also need to work on other things like posture. I can see this work making a huge difference over time.

Thank you for sharing the fascial maneuvers and Human Garage. I’m a bit obsessed!!! I’m listening to old podcasts from the app on my drives to and from work. It’s sooo fascinating and I feel like THIS is what I’ve been missing. It all makes sense.

I finally did the shoulders, hips and knees class yesterday! 🤪😆 It was fantastic!!!!
I had a major shift (meltdown) a few weeks ago and realized how much I need to work on my self love. I mean, I feel like I’ve been working on it for the past few years, but … oh, no!!!! 😅😂

I KNOW the maneuvers are helping me with that, and so much more. 💜💜💜 When you mentioned telling yourself what you want someone to say to you, really hit me. And I know I’ve heard that over and over… but when I heard you say it yesterday, it just clicked inside for me. 💗

I’m just poking my head in here because today I added the non-surgical facelift session from the app to the end of my regular routine and after one, five minute session I have zero jaw pain. None. All the stress and tension is totally gone and my face feels normal (I don’t have anyone else I can tell who will get it lol)

I won’t ever be able to get over how magically effective these maneuvers are.
