Created by Human Garage, these fascial maneuvers are designed to help you release stress, trauma and trapped emotions from the body while enhancing mobility and performance.

As a certified Level 1 Fascia Maneuvers Coach with Human Garage, I’m so excited to share with you a practice that has profoundly changed my life. These maneuvers are incredibly simple, take less than 20 minutes to do and only requires the dedication to help yourself.

These individual sessions are designed for individuals who are looking for a more tailored approach and who are ready to see big shifts. Sessions also explore the emotional and nutritional connections to your imbalances.

Sessions incorporate a mix of fascia maneuvers, intentions, herbalism and holistic nutrition.

My Experience


I’ve been doing these maneuvers daily for the past 18 months. Here are some of the benefits I’ve experienced:

  • I’ve released about 85% of my accumulated stress, trauma and trapped emotions from by body/fascia (stress is cumulative and every stress you’ve experienced since birth is still stored in your fascia.

  • The left breast tumor has healed/shrunk an additional 60%

  • The level of peace and calm I feel in my body and mind is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. This alone has changed my life.

  • My inflammation has dramatically reduced. (Here’s a tip: look at your gums to give you an indicator of your inflammation levels.)

  • Increased blood circulation and lymphatic drainage

  • Improved detoxication pathways and ability

  • Improved digestion

  • Adrenal fatigue almost completely healed

I took Rachelle's Fascial Maneuvers Class on a whim. Myself and my little family have been feeling about as much stress as anyone else in the world these days. Additionally, I am an events florist, which takes a real toll on the body. I wake up daily with severe pain in my hips and lower back. Moving into my forties, all the ways I've abused my body over the past years are really catching up with me.

The class itself was so simple and easy to follow that I almost thought it might not be doing much at all.

But just after the class and into the rest of the day, I realized just how calm I felt. Every achy joint and muscle in my body had subsided and by day three, my face not only looked but felt different. Softer, more full, glowing.
