VIOLET
VIOLA ODORATA
This was the first herb I discovered that had specific breast healing benefits. I had read many books, studied herbalism yet no where was violet’s affinity for breast tissue mentioned. I was working with a healer in New York who had mentioned it to me. Still to this day, very little herbal literature mentions it’s benefits for breast health. I’m amazed at how many remarkable and life changing benefits are simply never mentioned.
