If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

  • All platforms we use are committed to GDPR in their own practices.

How that information is used 

  • To provide enhanced customer service

  • Send you monthly newsletters that you’ve opted in for or get in contact with you if you’ve won the monthly giveaway.  If you would no longer like to receive newsletter e-mail from us, you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of one of our email communications or by sending an email to hello@hermetanoia.com

How long that information is held

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Information is held longer when it is needed for lawful obligations such as record keeping or performing the responsibilities in consumer sales and to display the proper execution of such responsibilities.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. ‘Outside parties’ does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
