  • 1/2 tsp of Tocos
  • 1/2 tsp Pine Pollen
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk or non dairy milk of choice
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • Pinch of Vanlla
  • Pinch of himalayan or sea salt

 

  • Blend all together and enjoy hot or cold.
